I hope you all are faring well during the shelter-in-place order.  I must admit it has been quite refreshing to catch up on some much-needed rest and relaxation, spring cleaning, and other personal business matters.  While some of you are home with the kids you may feel like you're experiencing cabin fever.  But, I've noticed many of my neighbors are taking advantage of the beautiful weather by going on family strolls throughout the day.  Getting outside for some fresh air (even if in your backyard or patio) can feel quite refreshing. So the BIG question is are you truly taking advantage of the time that we have to do all the things we've wanted to but simply couldn't because of busy schedules?  If not, I encourage you to experience the benefits of showing yourself some love.  Many of us are lounging around in our comfy clothes and loving it!  BUT, don't forget about self-care and maintenance.  I've compiled a list of my top 5 at home self-care recommendations.
